Our planet Earth was once just one piece of land (according to geologists), however, this one piece split into several pieces, some bigger than the other and due to volcanoes and earthquakes, the world was shaped into what we know today; with 7 continents and a few hundred countries. However, as the land split, so did the people living on those different parts of land and developed their own nations, cultures, religions, etc. In this list, it is shown how different parts of land consist of different type and amount of people and remember, size does not matter in this case. Without further ado, here is the Top Tens list of the most populated countries in the world:

Tallest Buildings (According to Category) – Top Tens List!

As humans, we always tend to be the best, have the most and most of all, be different (but good different). In this case, ever since the first building was created, we have also made that a competition and want to have the highest/tallest building structure than the others.

However, there are rules to every competition; according to the “council of Tall Buildings and Habitat” (an organization that certifies buildings as the world’s tallest), a building needs to have at least fifty percent of its height made up of floor plates; buildings such as the CN Tower (located in Toronto, ON, Canada) does fall under those certifications.

Besides just the normal ‘tallest building’ record, there are also records set for each building type or category (for ex: The Kiev TV Tower is the tallest “tv tower” in the world).
